Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be issued.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

In certain cases, payment gateway fees, transaction charges, or other non-recoverable costs imposed by third-party service providers may not be refundable. Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the donor during the review process.
